Upper Body & Abs #4

Today’s workout is 20 min AMRAP, which means As many rounds as possible in certain amount of time. For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and a chair. It is very fun and dynamic workout and you will feel the burn in your core and shoulders, biceps and back.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. (Windshield Wipers + Leg Drop) 10x
  2. (Kneeling Shoulder Press + Plank Back Rows) 10x
  3. Russian Twists 20x
  4. (Triceps Dips 2x + Reptile Tucks 4x) 5x
  5. Alternating Unilateral Biceps Curls 10x

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 Lbs each)
  • Chair
  • Exercise Mat
