Upper Body & Abs #4
Today’s workout is 20 min AMRAP, which means As many rounds as possible in certain amount of time. For this workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and a chair. It is very fun and dynamic workout and you will feel the burn in your core and shoulders, biceps and back.

- (Kneeling Shoulder Press + Plank Back Rows) 10x
- Russian Twists 20x
- (Triceps Dips 2x + Reptile Tucks 4x) 5x
- Alternating Unilateral Biceps Curls 10x
