Booty & Legs #5
Today we gonna attack 7 different exercises for shaping up our booties and legs. We are going to target butt from all sides and angles and we gonna hit all three butt muscles (gluteus maximus, medius and minimus). This workout is focused mostly on strength but i have added as well one cardio exercises. Because we are also using few pieces of equipment, if you go heavy and challenge yourself, this will elevate your heart rate as well.
This workout is a typical time challenge and we are doing 2 rounds for time. But you can easily add up one round more, if you feel like you need some extra burn.

- Low Jacks 20x
- Low Forward & Backward Lunges (20/20)
- Elevated Bridges with a Booty Band 20x
- Curtsey Lunge to Side Lunge (10/10)
- KettleBell Swings 20x
- Step Up + Backward Lunge (10/10)
- Deadlifts 20x

- Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs/4.5kg each)
- KettleBell (24 lbs/12kg)
- Booty Band
- Chair/Box
- Yoga blocks/books
- Exercise Mat
