5 min #1 – Lower Body
Welcome to our shorties – 5 min Workouts for your BUSY DAYS.
In this workout we are focusing on our lower body with only 3 exercises. In 5 min AMRAP style we will try to complete As many rounds as possible (AMRAP).
For this workout you will not need any equipment but if you would like to challenge yourself more, then go grab some weights.
We will perform exercises with reps and we will repeat this for 5 min countdown. It is an intense 5 min workout for days when you don’t have time to train longer.
Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

1. Stationary Jump Lunge 10x (L)
2. Back Lunge to Knee Up 10x (L)
3. Stationary Jump Lunge 10x (R)
4. Back Lunge to Knee Up 10x (R)
5. In & Out Slow Squat Jumps 10x
