Interval Stretch & Tone #4

Interval Stretch & Tone #4 is very nice 22 minutes long workout, based on body weight exercises and yoga poses. As always this workout is with 3 intervals. 45 seconds of body weight exercise, 45 seconds with yoga pose, 30 seconds break before we start a new block. All together we have 11 blocks and fun exercises, which will tone you and stretch you at the same time.

  4. Warrior 3 hold
  5. Forward + Backward Lunge + Kick Forward – left
  6. Front Head to Toe stretch
  7. Forward + Backward Lunge + Kick Forward – right
  8. Front Head to Toe stretch
  9. Squat to Side Leg lift alt.
  10. Low Lunge Stretch – left
  11. Squat to Side Leg lift alt.
  12. Low Lunge Stretch – right
  13. Downward Dog to Bear Plank
  14. Downward Dog
  15. Downward Dog leg lifts
  16. Upward Dog
  17. Triceps Push Ups
  18. Bow Hold
  19. Knee Hugs
  20. Bicycle Abs
  21. Spinal Twist – left
  22. Flutter Kicks
