  2. Dvig in spust nog 10x
  3. Dotik pet 10x
  4. Hroscek 10x
  5. Deska s poskoki 10x

STIL: 10 minutni AMRAP (As many reps/rounds as possible, Maximalno stevilo ponovitev v 10-ih minutah)

This is your 10 min ABS BURN OUT workout directly from tropical beach here in Seychelles.

We are doing 5 different exercises for our belly, with reps and in a circuit style. Try to do as many rounds as possible in 10 min count down. For this video you will not need any equipment, maybe just towel if you are doing it on the beach.
