Booty Activation #1

This is your Booty Activation and those exercises will fire up your glute and leg muscles and get them ready for your main workout.
Activation is important, specially if you can’t feel your gluteus muscles working enough during your main workout. In my personal experience activation helped me a lot in growing my glutes and thus they are getting stronger.

So, i suggest you don’t skip your activation.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Standing Lateral Walks with Booty Band
  2. Squat Lateral Walls with Booty Band
  3. Kick Backs (left/right)
  4. Squat pulses

Timer: 10/30  x 2 rounds

Equipment Needed: 

  • Booty Band (medium)
