Sweat to Shred #3 is your AMRAP, which stands for as many reps/rounds as possible inside given minutes. In this workout you will try to complete as many reps/rounds as possible of the listed exercises inside of 15 minutes. It is a full body workout but super fun.
Workout Breakdown:
- Stability Ball Pass 20x
- Man Makers 6x
- KettleBell Unilateral Swings 20x
- Jump Lunges 20x
One round has 66 reps.
Workout Style: 15 min AMRAP
Pair this workout with: Abs on Fire #2
Equipment Needed:
- Stability Ball or Pillow will also do the trick
- Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs/ 4.5 kg DB)
- KettleBell (I am using 26 lbs/ 12 kg KB)
- Exercise Mat

I did 4 full rounds and 20 SB passes. But then i finished all 5 rounds and it felt really good. Nice workout!
