Sweat to Shred #3

Sweat to Shred #3 is your AMRAP, which stands for as many reps/rounds as possible inside given minutes. In this workout you will try to complete as many reps/rounds as possible of the listed exercises inside of 15 minutes. It is a full body workout but super fun.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Stability Ball Pass 20x
  2. Man Makers 6x
  3. KettleBell Unilateral Swings 20x
  4. Jump Lunges 20x

One round has 66 reps.

Workout Style: 15 min AMRAP

Pair this workout with: Abs on Fire #2

Equipment Needed: 

  • Stability Ball or Pillow will also do the trick
  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs/ 4.5 kg DB)
  • KettleBell (I am using 26 lbs/ 12 kg KB)
  • Exercise Mat
