This abs workout is short but super intense. Today we are doing only 9 minutes of Interval Style. For this workout you will need stability ball and ankle weights. If you don’t have either of them, then you can do this workout with your bodyweight only.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

  2. Plank Knee Tucks (Reptile + Center + Cross)
  3. One Leg Drop Abs (One leg is up all the time)
