Beginner – Full Body Strength #11

Today we will focus on our Upper Body & Core. For this workout you will need a lighter pair of weights, chair and an exercise mat. Go slow and make sure your form is correct.

We will have 3 different circuits. First circuit is a superset, which means we are doing 2 exercises back to back. The rest 2 circuits are giant sets with 3 exercises back to back.

First complete circuit 1 before you go to 2nd and 3rd.

Circuit 1 – SUPERSET

  1. Push ups 8x
  2. Bodyweight Russian Twist 16x

Rounds: 3

Circuit 2 – GIANT SET

  1. Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press 8x
  2. Triceps Dips 8x
  3. Butterfly Crunches 10x

Rounds: 3

Circuit 3 – GIANT SET

  1. Dumbbell Biceps Curl 10x
  2. Laying Chest Fly 10x
  3. High Plank Shoulder tap 16x

Rounds: 3
