Benchmark Fit Test
This is your Fit Test Workout! Your Benchmark Workout!
It is always good to have one specific workout where you can measure your progress from and try beat your personal best. I have chosen very basic exercises with specific reps. Target is whole body and we will do 4 rounds in total for time.
Write down your time from today and next time you do this workout, try to be faster with a PROPER FORM. I can’t stress this enough. Proper form is everything. Even though you will be slower, it doesn’t really matter.
IMPORTANT: If you are a beginner or you haven’t worked out in a while, then start with modify version of the exercise (in the brackets).

- Jump Lunges 30x (Modified Version: Back Lunges 30x)

I did this and its a incredible workout not just a fit test!!! I was DEAD and did it in 29 minutes while Maya can do it in 18!!!!!
Sorry Maya 19 minutes me 29 ill never get to 19!!
Remember that every second counts. Try to get under 28 next time 🙂 But under 30 min is a success already <3
Today i have repeated this workout and I have to say i beat my PB (personal best) for 2 min and 5 seconds. New time is now 17:05!!! Even though i didn’t train regularly over the past 2 months, my form didn’t decline as I thought. So, regular workouts really do help you stay on track <3
Again i did this workout and i set my new personal best which is 15:45!!! I am faster than last time for 2 min and 40 sec which is amazing. I am doing this workout in winter time in Slovenia and in the afternoon. Usually i train in the morning, possibly fasted. But this time, afternoon workout won!
