Let’s do this amazing lower body workout, shall we!

For today’s workout you will need a Kettlebell or a Dumbbell, 2 booty bands with different strength levels, ankle weights and an exercise mat.
We will focus on our gluteus and on our inner thighs.

Now do a quick warm up or booty activation and let’s do this together.

  3. One leg Hip Thrusts 10/10x
  4. Plie Sumo Pulse Squats 20x
  5. Booty Band Side Leg Lifts 20x + Inner Thighs Leg Lifts 20x (both legs)
