Basic Warm Up

Welcome to your 5 min Basic Warm up routine, which you can do before any of my workouts. All you need is your yoga mat.

Workout Breakdown:

Activation and Mobility part:

  1. Arm Rotation forward and backward + Side to side bend (6x)
  2. Side Lunge to Chair Pose (6x)
  3. Hip Rotation to Back Lunge to Kick Forward (5/5x)
  4. Walk Out to Shoulder Tap (6x)
  5. Push up to Superman (6x)
  6. Runner’s Lunge to DownDog (10x)

Cardio part:

  1. Jog in place to High Knees
  2. But Kicks
  3. Side to side jumps
  4. Jumping Jacks

Equipment Needed: 

  • Exercise Mat
