Basic Warm Up
Welcome to your 5 min Basic Warm up routine, which you can do before any of my workouts. All you need is your yoga mat.
Workout Breakdown:
Activation and Mobility part:
- Arm Rotation forward and backward + Side to side bend (6x)
- Side Lunge to Chair Pose (6x)
- Hip Rotation to Back Lunge to Kick Forward (5/5x)
- Walk Out to Shoulder Tap (6x)
- Push up to Superman (6x)
- Runner’s Lunge to DownDog (10x)
Cardio part:
- Jog in place to High Knees
- But Kicks
- Side to side jumps
- Jumping Jacks
