Beginner – Full Body Strength #6

Beginner Full Body Strength #6 is a time challenge workout with 10 different exercises. We will do them with reps and for 2 rounds in total. Today we will have 2 exercises, which are a bit of cardio, the rest are focused on strength. As always for this series, we will have a Buy-in and Buy-out exercise and this time we are going to hold a plank. With this exercise try to hold it for as long as you can. If you can do it for 45 seconds, you are already reaching the target. If it will feel too much, then drop on the knees, rest and continue when you are ready.

  1. Rocky Sit Ups 10x
  2. Slow Cross Mountain Climbers 20x
  3. Squat + Leg Lift 20x
  4. Reverse Fly + Supinated Rows 10x
  5. Low Jacks 20x
  6. Flutter Kicks 20x
  7. Push Up + Shoulder Tap 10x
  8. Inner Thighs Lifts (Left) 20x
  9. Inner Thighs Lifts (Right) 20x
  10. Burpee Jump 10x

Buy-out: Plank Hold 45 seconds
