Beginner – Full Body Strength #7

In today’s workout we have a set of another 5 different exercises for full body workout. First do your warm up, then do your Buy-in exercise, then enter into the main workout and finish with Buy- out exercise and with a cool down & stretching, which is include in the workout at the end.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

Buy in: (Superman/Swimmer + Roll over + Scissors Abs 4x ) x 6

  1. (Front Shoulder Raise – Unilateral + Deadlift) x10
  2. Plank Hip Touches 10x
  3. Donkey Kicks 20/20
  4. Push Up to DownDog 10x
  5. Side V-ups 10/10

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Lighter Dumbbells (I am using 6 Lbs)
  • Exercise Mat
