Beginner – Full Body Strength #7
In today’s workout we have a set of another 5 different exercises for full body workout. First do your warm up, then do your Buy-in exercise, then enter into the main workout and finish with Buy- out exercise and with a cool down & stretching, which is include in the workout at the end.

Buy in: (Superman/Swimmer + Roll over + Scissors Abs 4x ) x 6
- (Front Shoulder Raise – Unilateral + Deadlift) x10
- Plank Hip Touches 10x
- Donkey Kicks 20/20
- Push Up to DownDog 10x
- Side V-ups 10/10

- Pair of Lighter Dumbbells (I am using 6 Lbs)
