Suspension Straps – Cardio & Strength #10

Suspension Straps #10 is a full body 20 min circuit training with timer 15/30 and we are doing 2 rounds in total. This one focuses more on strength but there are few exercises, which will elevate your heart rate for sure.

  1. 1-2-3 Scissors to Jump Lunge with SS
  2. Bridges with weight
  3. SS Biceps Curl
  4. SS Side Lunge – Right
  5. SS Side Lunge – Left
  6. SS Triceps Extension
  7. High Knees
  8. 5 seconds Plank Hold to Push Up
  9. Clams with weight
  10. SS Reversed Plank with One Leg lift – Right
  11. SS Reversed Plank with One Leg lift – Left
  12. SS Crocodile Arms
  13. SS Squat Jumps

  • 1 Dumbbell (I am using 10 lbs/4.5 kg)
