Amazing workout and i do hope you will like this one as much as I did!

If you don’t have a sand bag then use the heaviest weight you have.Trust me, it is worth it!

If you don’t have ankle weights, then you can use Booty Band for the Fire Hydrant exercise.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout starts at: 4:30

Workout Breakdown:

  1. 2x Pulse Back Lunge + 2x Pulse Front Lunge (5/5x)
  2. One Leg Deadlift 12/12x
  3. 10x Fire Hydrant + 10x Lateral Leg Raise (the best from the elevated surface such as bench, chair or sofa for extra ROM – Range of Motion)
  4. (Hip Thrusts 1 1/4) 20x

Rounds: 4

BURN OUT: Inner Thigh Lifts 20x (L/R) x 2rounds

Total Calories Burned: 256 kcal

Workout Style: Time Challenge

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Heavier Dumbbells (I am using 22 lbs each or 10 kg)
  • SandBag 26 lbs / 13 kg
  • Ankle Weights 4.4 lbs / 2kg each
  • Exercise Mat
