Warm Up

This is your 5 min warm up you will do before each workout.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Arm Rotations + Side bend (5x)
  2. Squat + Side Lunge + Stretch – 5x each leg
  3. Hip circle + Back Lunge + Kick Forward – 5x each leg
  4. Forward fold + Tippy Toe (5x)

Cardio Part

  1. Light Jog in place
  2. Forward Kicks
  3. Butt Kicks
  4. Jumping Jacks

Final Stretch

  1. Walk out + Deep Lunge Stretch + DownDog (Left + Right)
  2. 3x Push ups + Child’s Pose
