Warm Up
This is your 5 min warm up you will do before each workout.
Workout Breakdown:
- Arm Rotations + Side bend (5x)
- Squat + Side Lunge + Stretch – 5x each leg
- Hip circle + Back Lunge + Kick Forward – 5x each leg
- Forward fold + Tippy Toe (5x)
Cardio Part
- Light Jog in place
- Forward Kicks
- Butt Kicks
- Jumping Jacks
Final Stretch
- Walk out + Deep Lunge Stretch + DownDog (Left + Right)
- 3x Push ups + Child’s Pose
