This Booty & Legs workout is really amazing. Challenging but amazing. You will feel it everywhere. Today i am also using all the best equipments to increase the challenge. So you will need a booty band, kettlebell, chair for step ups and an exercise mat. Make sure you watch the breakdown before you start your workout. Enjoy and comment down below.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. (Bridge with Power Band 10x) + (KettleBell Jump Squats 5x) 4 sets
  2. Step ups + Lunge Back 10x (Left + Right)
  3. KB Swings 20x
  4. PB Donkey Kicks 20x (Left + Right)
  5. (KB Pulse Squat 3x) + (Goblet Squat 1x) 5 Sets
  6. KB Swings 30x
