DB & KB Clean & Press
This week’s challenge exercise is DB & KB Clean & Press.
This is one of my favorite exercises for building full body strength and it is a great compound movement, meaning you will be working a lot of muscles and joints at the same time.
In order to execute this exercise correctly i explain every step and every move in the video tutorial.
First start with your DB and do the first part of the move (Clean). Once you mastered this move continue with a Clean & Press. If you have at home KB, practice Clean & Press with you KB.
Some key points to remember:
- Keep your back straight
- Power goes from your hips
- Abs always tight
- Lock your elbow on the top of the press
- Keep your fist straight
Your homework is to practice this exercise every day.
Do 10-20 reps alternating the side or 10 reps on each side.
In a week you will be a pro in this exercise and everyone in the gym will know you are a BadAss 🙂
