This is a wonderful, fast pace mobility session, which will leave you a bit breathless but stretched at the same time. I would say it’s more Power Yoga than slow pace yoga.

Today’s workout is also a bit different because i added timer to it. So each move we will do for 1 min and we will take a rest for 15 seconds.

If this mobility session will feel it is too fast, then simply pause the video and do couple more reps of the same movement. You can also do the same move up to 2-3 minutes and in this way you can do it a bit in a slower manner.

If you don’t like to do this with a timer, i also added reps in the brackets down in the workout description. So, you can totally do this workout on your own pace ad your own time.

  3. Plie Squat (2x pulse) to Horse Stand Forward Fold Rotation (6x)

  5. Sun Salutation (5x)
  6. One LegDog to Knee Tuck alternating (20x)
  7. Cat & Cow to Push Up to Downdog (6x)
  8. Fallen Triangle Drop alternating (10x)
  9. Happy Rainbow Back Band Flow (6x)
  10. Forward Fold to Pistol Squat Ankle Mobility Drill (10x)
  11. Windshield Abs + Leg Drop Abs alternating (10x)
  12. Flutter Kicks Abs (4x) + Plough Pose (6x)
  13. Table Top Leg Kick (3x) + Thoracic Spine Twist alternating (6x)
  14. Superman + FacePull + Broken Wing (6x)
  15. Relax in Puppy pose (30 sec)
  16. Reclining Spinal Twist (30 sec each side)
