Sweat to Shred #5

Today’s workout is 20 min HIIT and we will focus on our full body but the main focus is gonna be on our core. Make sure you are engaging your core all the time and I am sure you will feel the burn. We will also have a buy-in exercise, which will be our KettleBell Swing. In the main workout we have 5 different exercises and we will complete 4 rounds in total.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

BUY-IN: 30 KettleBell Swings

  1. Man Makers
  2. Clams w/ weight
  3. Squat w/ Pull Over
  4. Wipper Abs
  5. Plank Hold

4 rounds for time

BUY-OUT: 30 KettleBell Swings

Workout Style: HIIT

Timer: 15/45

Pair this workout with: Cardio HIIT #4

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs/ 4.5kg each)
  • KettleBell (I am using 26 lbs/12 kg)
  • Exercise Mat
