Interval Stretch & Tone #7

Today’s workout is a nice and slow combination with restorative yoga poses and stretching, and exercises for your core. As always, we will work with intervals. Today i have chosen 1 min interval for each move. Some stretches will last for 30 seconds on each side and some will last for a whole minute.

I hope you will enjoy this 14 min restorative workout, suitable for active recovery days.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. UpDog to DownDog Flow
  2. Cat & Cow
  3. Long Scissors Kicks
  4. Bird Dog to Crunch
  5. Dead Bugs
  6. Cross Glute Stretch
  7. Crunches
  8. UpDog Stretches
  9. Pilates Bicycles
  10. Cross Body Spinal Stretch
  11. Plank Hold
  12. Pigeon Stretch (left)
  13. Pigeon Stretch (right)
  14. Child’s pose

Repeat for 1-2 rounds.
