Interval Stretch & Tone #7
Today’s workout is a nice and slow combination with restorative yoga poses and stretching, and exercises for your core. As always, we will work with intervals. Today i have chosen 1 min interval for each move. Some stretches will last for 30 seconds on each side and some will last for a whole minute.
I hope you will enjoy this 14 min restorative workout, suitable for active recovery days.

- Cat & Cow
- Long Scissors Kicks
- Bird Dog to Crunch
- Dead Bugs
- Cross Glute Stretch
- Crunches
- UpDog Stretches
- Pilates Bicycles
- Cross Body Spinal Stretch
- Plank Hold
- Pigeon Stretch (left)
- Pigeon Stretch (right)
- Child’s pose
Repeat for 1-2 rounds.
