Booty & Legs #13

This one is an amazing UNDER BOOTY workout. I have chosen all of the exercises which target specially lower part of gluteus maximum and i am sure you will feel it right there.
I have really enjoyed this one and since we are focusing on building our booties, this training is perfect.

You will need one pair of heavier dumbbells, one pair of medium dumbbells, bench, chair or sofa.

Before you start do your BOOTY ACTIVATION.

You can add up your full body warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

BUY-IN: Jump Lunges 50x

  1. 2 Step Back Lunge 10/10x
  2. Slow Step Ups 10/10x
  3. Curtsey Lunge to Deadlift 10x
  4. One Leg Hip Thrust 10/10x

Rounds: 4

BUY-OUT: Back Lunges 50x

Workout Style: Time Challenge

Equipment Needed: 

  • 2 Pairs of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs each and 22 lbs each)
  • Bench/Sofa/Chair
  • Exercise Mat

  1. Another amazing, so challenging the step back lunge, died, then killed me even more with the step ups and finishing off with the buy out 50 walking lunges ahhhhhhhhhhh amazing Maya, totally feel it exactly where you targeted!!
