Beginner – Full Body Strength #3

Beginners, we will continue with out 3rd workout, which is again full body focused. We have 6 exercises and we will do the circuit for 3 times in total for time. Make sure you will write down your time and next time you complete this workout, your time should be at least a bit faster.

In this workout we will have a buy in and buy out.

5 Min Warm up

Workout Breakdown:

BUY IN: Half Burpee Jump 10x

  1. Plie Squats 20x
  2. Side Plank hold – Left 30 seconds
  3. Side Plank hold – Right 30 seconds
  4. Superman + Swimmer 10x
  5. Floor Push up + Knee Tuck 10x
  6. Push Press 10x

3 rounds for time

BUY OUT: Half Burpee Jump 10x

  • Pair of Lighter Dumbbells (I am using 6 Lbs)
