Suspension Straps – Cardio & Strength #4

This Suspension Straps workout is amazing. This time i added one exercise with a KettleBell just to spice it up. The workout is a time challenge with 5 exercises and 3 rounds in total. It is a nice mixture with cardio and strength and I really enjoyed this one.

  1. (5x SS Jump Squats + 10x Sprints) x5x
  2. SS Plank Hold – 1 min
  3. Deadlift with Kettle Bell 10x
  4. SS Rows 5x
  5. Floating Back Lunge 10/10x
