Suspension Straps – Cardio & Strength #6

Today’s workout will be a ladder style, where we will increase our reps with each round. At the beginning it will look very easy but when we hit the 3rd round, you will start to feel the challenge of this type of workouts.

Start with the first round of 10 reps and complete all of the exercises. Then move to the 12 reps and so on.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.
