EDT #4

Welcome to EDT workout #4.

In this workout we are focusing on our lower body, cardio and abs with sliders.

In today’s workout we will have 2 exercise combos:
1. Weighted In & Out Squat Jumps
2. Slider Crunch to Slider Pike Up

We will perform 5 reps for each exercise combo and we will repeat this for 12 min in total. It is a AMRAP style of workout, which burns the highest amount of calories, builds muscles and burns fat.

I did in total 13 rounds of today’s workout.
