Kick Through Push Up
This week we are doing one of my favorite body weight exercises and it is Kick Through Push up. You can do it in a different way. As advanced perform it with a proper push up, as intermediate do it with Floor Push up and as a beginner do the push up from your knees.
This exercise will also help you improve your mobility and balance because you will have to step close to your hand and with other leg perform a kick through, which will require a lot of balance and strength from your core and shoulder.
So it is a perfect exercise for developing multiple fitness areas.

Every day perform 20 reps on top of your daily workout.
