Sweat to Shred #17

As always Sweat to Shred is a killer one. This one is no exception. But i know you will like it.

For today’s workout you will need one dumbbell, a Kettlebell and an exercise mat. We  will do a circuit training with reps and for 4 rounds in total. We will also start with a BUY-IN exercise and finish the workout with the BUY-OUT.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

BUY-IN: Up & Down Plank + Jump In) x10

  1. (2x Jump Lunge with Hop + Burpee Push Up + 180 Turn) 10x
  2. Dive Bomber 10x
  3. KettleBell Swing to KettleBell Pendulum 10x
  4. Clams Abs with Weight 15x

Rounds: 4x

BUY-OUT:
1. Low Plank Hold 1 min
2. High Plank Hold 1 min
3. High Knees or Cardio of your choice 1 min
