Sweat to Shred #10

This routine is amazing. And I am warning you, prepare to breathe deeply and take rests between rounds. It is cardio focused and yet full of strength exercises. Today we are doing 4 rounds in total.

For today’s workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, chair, sliders and an exercise mat.

  1. Step Up + Plank Jump (2x) (5 sets on left leg, 5 sets on right leg)
  2. Jump Lunges 20x
  3. Walking Staggered Push Ups 6x
  4. (Slider Mountain Climbers 10x + Ski Abs 4x) 5 Sets
