Sweat to Shred #14

In today’s workout we are focusing on the whole body. We have 5 different exercises and we will repeat the circuit for 4 rounds in total.

Make sure you will carefully check the workout breakdown where i go over the proper form for every exercise. Specially the first one is important because it is NEW one.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Sumo Squat to Dumbbell Snatch 10x
  2. Kettlebell swings 20x
  3. (4x Crab Toe Touches + 4x Plank Jump In) 6x
  4. Overhead Dumbbell Forward Lunges 10x
  5. Push ups 10x

Workout Style: Time Challenge

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs/4.5kg each)
  • Heavier Dumbbell (22 lbs/10kg)
  • Kettlebell (26 lbs/12kg)
  • Exercise Mat

  1. First time when i did this workout i took me 27 minutes. And today my PB is 22:32 minutes, which means i was faster for 4 minutes and 28 seconds then original time.
    Today i also burned total of 139 kcal, which is very normal for me (workout took only 22 minutes).
    How did you find this workout?
