Do this short upper body stretching after each upper body workout or when you feel stiff in your upper body area.

  1. Cat & Cow
  2. Thread the Needle twist L/R
  3. Child’s Pose
  4. Puppy Pose
  5. UpDog to DownDog
  6. Tiger Stretch to Bow Pose
  7. Forward Fold to Seated Shoulder Stretch
  8. Reversed Plank
  9. Table top stretch to Thoracic bridge stretch
  10. Laying spinal twist
