12 Min Tabata #6

Today we are doing another set of 6 different exercises and few of them are new. The first one, Frog pumps, we have never done before and it’s really good booty activation exercise. You will have to squeeze your butt in order to feel it though. And the last exercise is very intense if you are using heavy weights.

As usual for Tabata style we are using timer of 10/20 for 4 rounds per exercise, which means 2 min for each exercise.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout starts at: 7:10

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Frog Pumps
  2. Push Up to Reptile
  3. Clams with Weight
  4. Jump Lunge to Squat Jump alternating
  5. Commando Push Ups
  6. Squat Hold to 180 weight rotation up front

Workout Style: Tabata

Timer: 10/20 x 4 rounds per exercise

Equipment Needed: 

  • Dumbbell (I am using 12 lbs/5.5 kg)
  • Exercise Mat

Cool Down & Stretching
