Usually we do very short abs sessions but this one is quite long and it can be done as stand alone workout. It is intense and super fun.

You will need your stability ball, sliders and 2 type of bands; one looped booty band and normal band for some crunches, bench, one small weight and an exercise mat.

The workout is structured in Supersets, meaning we are doing 2 exercises back to back for 3 rounds. At the end we will do a BUY-OUT exercise with our sliders.

When we are doing weighted leg drop/raises, be careful not to arch your back. Always make sure your back is firmly pressed to the mat and don’t let it peel off of the ground.

If you don’t want to do the final exercise as Slider Crunches you can do Slider Mountain Climbers. You might feel more core engagement then with sliding crunches.

SUPERSET 1

  1. Stability Ball Crunches 10x
  2. Stability Ball Crunches with a Band 10x

SUPERSET 2

  1. Stability Ball Pike Up 10x
  2. Weighted Leg Raises 10x

3 Rounds

SUPERSET 3

  1. Elevated Leg Lift to Reptile alternating 20x
  2. Bicycle Abs with Looped Band 20x

3 Rounds

BUY-OUT: Slider Crunches or Slider Mountain Climbers x100
