12 Min Tabata #4

For this Tabata workout we will do 8 different exercises for 3 rounds in total. It is a fun mix of exercises for full body and with few pieces of equipment. Today we are using Booty band, KettleBell, Dumbbells and Sliders. if you don’t have sliders, then just do a back Lunge instead.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. High Knees
  2. Booty Band Bicycles
  3. KettleBells Swings
  4. Pendulums
  5. Biceps Curls
  6. Dynamic Burpee
  7. Back Lunge Slider – left
  8. Back Lunge Slider – right

Workout Style: Tabata, 10/20 x 3 rounds
