Interval Stretch & Tone #1

Welcome to Interval Stretch & Tone workout Series. In this series we will be doing fun intervals with yoga static poses and bodyweight exercises in combination with an interval timer. We will focus on entire body or on a specific body part throughout the series. Bodyweight exercise will awake your body and yoga pose will challenge you to calm down your body and to focus on a static hold and to bring awareness inside. It is a unique style and blend of 2 very powerful fitness aspects. It is fun and beneficial.

In this workout we are focusing on our full body. We will use two intervals. In the first interval we will be doing 30 seconds of bodyweight exercise and 45 seconds hold of a yoga pose. We will repeat the block for 2 times, which will last for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. If some of the poses will be to hard, you can always take a rest, shake of your muscles and come back whenever you are ready.

  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. High Lunge
  5. Push Ups
  6. Downdog
  7. Reptile Tuck
  8. Pigeon Pose
  9. Thoracic Bridge
  10. Spinal Twist Hold
  11. Bridges
  12. Forward Fold
