Beginner – Full Body Strength #1

Welcome to the first workout of the series Beginner – Full Body. This series of workouts are meant for complete beginners or for those of you, who are returning from a longer break from working out. The workouts are designed to cover all of the basic moves and exercises you need to master in order to progress to next level. The exercises are low impact and there is not much cardio and jumping. Workout style in the most of the workouts is Time challenge with certain reps. But we will also get to know HIIT workout style with the timer.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

  1. Squats 15x
  2. Push Ups 10x
  3. Bridges 20x
  4. Bicycle Abs 20x
  5. Slow Mountain Climbers 20x

3 rounds for time

Workout Style: Time Challenge

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Lighter Dumbbells (I am using 6 Lbs)
  • Exercise Mat
