EDT #6

Welcome to EDT workout #6.

In this workout we are focusing on our lower body (quads and booty) and upper body.

In today’s workout we will have 2 exercises:
1. Kick Through Push Ups (6x)
2. Feet elevated 2 pulse squats (5x)

We will perform exercises with reps and we will repeat this for 15 min countdown. It is an intense style of workout, which burns the highest amount of calories, builds muscles and burns fat.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

  • Pair of heavy DB
  • Yoga blocks or set of DB to put your feet on
  • Mat
