Beginner – Full Body Strength #8
With this routine we will learn how to do a vacuum exercise for strengthening our deep core muscles (TVA). This will be out Buy-in exercise, as well as Buy-out exercise.
In the main workout we have 8 different exercises, which are full body focused. We have certain reps to complete and we are doing 3 rounds in total. The only thing you will need is a pair of Dumbbells and your exercise mat.

- Woodchopper (left) 10x
- Woodchopper (right) 10x
- Side Lunge to Kick Forward (left) 10x
- Side Lunge to Kick Forward (right) 10x
- Flys to Pull Over 8x
- Laying Triceps Push up to Side V-up (left) 10x
- Laying Triceps Push up to Side V-up (right) 10x
- Leg Drop Abs 10x

Buy-Out: Vacuum Abs 30 sec (3x)
