Beginner – Full Body Strength #8

With this routine we will learn how to do a vacuum exercise for strengthening our deep core muscles (TVA). This will be out Buy-in exercise, as well as Buy-out exercise.

In the main workout we have 8 different exercises, which are full body focused. We have certain reps to complete and we are doing 3 rounds in total. The only thing you will need is a pair of Dumbbells and your exercise mat.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

Workout starts at: 5:00 min

Buy-in: Vacuum Abs 30 seconds (2x)

  1. Woodchopper (left) 10x
  2. Woodchopper (right) 10x
  3. Side Lunge to Kick Forward (left) 10x
  4. Side Lunge to Kick Forward (right) 10x
  5. Flys to Pull Over 8x
  6. Laying Triceps Push up to Side V-up (left) 10x
  7. Laying Triceps Push up to Side V-up (right) 10x
  8. Leg Drop Abs 10x

3 rounds for time

Buy-Out: Vacuum Abs 30 sec (3x)

Workout Style: Time Challenge

Equipment Needed: 

  • Pair of Lighter Dumbbells (I am using 6 Lbs)
  • Exercise Mat

Cool Down & Stretching is included at the end of the workout.
