Flexible Mobility #9

Full body relaxing workout! We all deserve this in our lives.

Today’s Flexible Mobility is focused on full body stretching with some nice flows and moves. It was a special day simply because it was raining outside and there is nothing better then sweet rain and mobility work. Don’t you agree?

EXTRA TIP:

  • Light up a candle
  • Use diffuser with nice soothing sent 
  • Put on some relaxing spa music
  • After the workout, lay down in Savasana for at least 5 min to calm down your central nervous system, to calm down your mind and to reduce some stress, and contemplate about your day or focus on your gratitude, if you are doing this routine before bed time.

  2. Runner’s Lounge to Downward Dog 10x
  3. Forward Staggered Fold to High Lunge alt.
  4. Dynamic Pigeon 5x (left and right)
  5. Butterfly Stretch to Seated Twists 10x
  6. Cross Body Stretch 6x
  7. Easy Seated Back Bend 6x
  8. Roll Up to Thoracic Bridge 6x
  9. Push up to Child’s pose to Downward Dog to Thread the Needle 4x
  10. Broken Wings to UpDog to Superman Swimmer Stretch 4x
  11. Flutter Kicks 10x + Hamstrings Stretch (2x)
  12. Glute Stretch with Figure 4 (left and right)
  13. Seated Side Stretch with Upper Body Rotation

  1. Lucky Wednesday!!! Maya – Delia and I have done Mondays Tuesday and Thursdays religiously and this week we added Wednesday and sooo looking forward to it in an hour or so.
