Another Body Power workout is pure joy with old school interval timer, 15/45. There is a lot of cardio today and a lot of abs. It is super fun and challenging, like all HIIT workouts are.

- Superman Push Up
- Crab Kick Ups
- One Arm Push Ups alt.

- Reversed Abs + Leg Abduction
- Heisman
