Another Body Power workout is pure joy with old school interval timer, 15/45. There is a lot of cardio today and a lot of abs. It is super fun and challenging, like all HIIT workouts are.

  7. Aeroplane Jump Lunges
  8. High Knees 10x + Floor Drop
  9. Twisted Knee Hugs
  10. Side Jump Lunges
  11. Floor Burpee to Roll over to Reverse Burpee
  12. Reptile Tucks
  13. Low Jacks
  14. Push Up to Wide Mountain Climbers 2x
  15. Superman Push Up
  16. Crab Kick Ups
  17. One Arm Push Ups alt.
  18. Surfers
  19. Reversed Abs + Leg Abduction
  20. Heisman
