Cardio HIIT #3

Today’s cardio is amazing. It is intense and interesting at the same time. We have 5 different exercises and a bit longer routine; 19 minutes! And it is a classical HIIT style with timer 15/30, with 5 rounds in total. It sounds a lot but, trust me, it will fly by.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.
