Cardio HIIT #4
WOW! Are you ready for a new killer routine? Well, i wasn’t hahaha.
This one is intense and for real X-treme but super fun 15 minute cardio workout. You will also target your booty and legs. You will need a box/chair, jump rope, booty band and an exercise mat. There are 5 different exercises in this workout and the last one I’ve never done before. Have you ever tried Lizard on the Run exercise? Let me know if you have 🙂
Our timer will be 15/30 and we will do 4 rounds in total. I’m telling you, this one will be intense.
Also another reminder. If you have any kind of fear of jumping on the box or chair, please just step on it and step down of it. You don’t have to jump. This is actually my “fitness fear” but somehow this height of the box is still ok. If higher, hmm i would probably step on it.
