Cardio HIIT #2

In today’s Cardio routine we are doing 2 exercises back to back for 10 minutes. I have chosen Floor Burpee and Heisman excercise simply because they are two of the best hiit cardio exercises out there. Today’s training will give you cardio boost, will help you improve your stamina, endurance and fitness level.

In this whole cardio metabolic conditioning workout you will work multiple muscles at the same time. For example with Burpess you are training around 300 muscles and it involves your upper and lower body at the same time. In today’s cardio your heart rate will be elevated almost to your max and what is really cool about the Heisman is that it will help you develop your agility, balance and flexibility. You will train fast movements of your body for entire 45 seconds intervals.
