Low Impact Focus #5
This one is more or less an intermediate workout, which also a beginner can do. If you are advanced you can do this one on your active rest day.
The workout is focused on slow movements and on mind-muscle connection. Don’t rush through the reps but rather focus on each move and where you are feeling the exercise.
We will focus as well on the balance on the first exercise and in the last exercise i am adding a bit of stretching as well.

- Slow Back Lunges 20x alternating
- Slow Weighted Side V-abs 10/10
- (Seated Arnold Press to Closed Grip Shoulder Press + Straddle Stretch) 5x
