Suspension Straps – Cardio & Strength #5
I think this is my favorite suspension straps a.k.a.TRX workout i filmed. It is sweet and intense. And it is pyramid style, which is always kinda challenging, specially for our minds.
I really felt the legs and booty the next day, so it is worth it. Also I added one workout without straps in between, just for extra dynamics.

- Reptile Tucks + Plank Jump in
- Side Lunge to Kick Forward – left

Welcome to the first workout of the series Beginner – Full Body. This series of workouts are meant for complete beginners or for those of you, who are returning from a longer break from working out. The workouts are designed to cover all of the basic moves and exercises you need to master in order to progress to next level. The exercises are low impact and there is not much cardio and jumping. Workout style in the most of the workouts is Time challenge with certain reps. But we will also get to know HIIT workout style with the timer.
