Suspension Straps – Cool Down & Stretching

This is your Suspension Straps – Cool Down & Stretching routine and i suggest you do this short full body stretching every single time you finish workout in this series. I am focusing on stretches for the entire body and for all major muscle groups such as hamstrings, hip flexors, gluteus, back, shoulders, chest and side obliques. You can hold each stretch from 30 seconds to 1 min, depends on your time.
