5 min #2 – Upper Body & Abs
Welcome to our shorties – 5 min Workouts for your BUSY DAYS.
Today we are doing upper body 5 min workout with no equipment. All what you need is your body, an exercises mat and 5 min.
This workout will be challenging because there is constant focus and tension on our upper body, shoulders, chest, back and our abs. We are doing 4 different exercises with specific reps. When you are done with a circuit, then go back to the first exercise and continue with the circuit until 5 minutes are over.
In order for this mini workout to feel intense you have to give your all. Don’t forget to write down your scores so you can compare it with your next time.
