Booty & Legs #6

This workout is really really good. It is intense and dynamic and you will feel your booty working.

We are using quite a lot of equipment today but if you don’t have all of it, then work with what you do have.

I would like to mention as well that you can do the Burn Out Challenge barefoot, specially for Plie squats. You will do them easier without shoes. I thought of this too late.

Now do a quick warm up and let’s do this together.

Workout Breakdown:

BLOCK 1

  1. Elevated Hip thrusts with Booty Band 50x
  2. Jump rope 30 seconds
  3. Elevated Bridge Abductions 50x
  4. Jump rope 30 seconds

2 rounds

BLOCK 2

  1. One Leg Stand Up to Forward Lunge to Shoulder Press 10/10
  2. Criss Cross Jump Squats 30 seconds
  3. Standing Leg Kick Backs with Booty Band 20/20

2 rounds

BURN OUT CHALLENGE

  1. KettleBell Swings 20x (Heavy KB)
  2. (Plie Squat in wide position + Plie Squat on Tippy Toes) 20x (Lighter Dumbbell)
  3. Table Top Hip Thrusts with Booty Band 20x (Heavy Booty Band)
  4. Squat to Overhead Press 20x (Heavy Dumbbell)

Equipment Needed: 

  • Dumbbells (I am using 10 lbs and 22 lbs)
  • KettleBell (26 lbs)
  • Booty Band (Heavy and Medium)
  • Jump rope
  • Box or Chair
  • Exercise Mat
