EDT #7
Welcome to EDT workout #7.
In this workout we are focusing on our lower body (inner thighs and booty) and upper body (back and core).
In today’s workout we will have 2 exercises:
1. Sumo pulse squat (5x)
2. Plank Rows (2x) + Bear Plank Rows (2x) (5 sets)
We will perform exercises with reps and we will repeat this for 15 min countdown. It is an intense style of workout, which burns the highest amount of calories, builds muscles and burns fat.
